Wood

Multiple Options & Styles

Wood is a great product for privacy and aesthetics. It is very flexible in design. You can build vertically and horizontally. You can also mix and match well with other materials. Wood is the most common product for fence building for this reason.

Western red cedar is the best option for the pickets on a wooden fence, but since it is not a structural timber it is not recommended for the Post and Rails on a fence. They are a little more aesthetically pleasing but, will not last as long as pressure treated pine.

Iron

Durability to Protect Your Investment

Iron is a great durable product if it is installed properly. Fence Crafters only installs panels to the post using manufactures bolt on brackets systems to protect your investment and not void the manufactures warranty.

Many companies cut cost by simply welding them on which burns not only the powder coating, but also ruins the galvanization properties of the metal both on the panel and the post. This will lead to future rusting out in these areas.
